GapEdu Clarifies the Conclusion of Its Cooperation with OACM

GapEdu – Global Consultancy on Development Policy and Practice issues the following statement to clarify the status of its previous cooperation with the Ocean Alliance Conservation Member (OACM).
GapEdu confirms that its cooperation with OACM formally concluded in October 2025. Since that time, the two organisations have operated entirely independently.
As an independent international consultancy, GapEdu has not participated in, represented, managed, supervised, authorised, or endorsed any activities undertaken by OACM following the conclusion of the cooperation.
Accordingly, GapEdu bears no responsibility for any activities, communications, representations, projects, commercial engagements, partnerships, fundraising initiatives, contractual arrangements, or other operations conducted by OACM after October 2025.
Any decisions, statements, commitments or activities undertaken by OACM since the conclusion of the cooperation are solely those of OACM and do not represent the views, positions or involvement of GapEdu.

Clarification of Organisational Independence
To avoid any misunderstanding among partners and stakeholders, GapEdu respectfully requests that its name, brand, or organisational identity not be associated with any activities undertaken by OACM after October 2025, as those activities have been conducted independently and without GapEdu’s participation, authorisation or representation.
This statement is issued solely to clarify the current organisational relationship between the two entities and to ensure accurate public understanding.
